Noah Lydiard is an entrepreneur, filmmaker, and creator who loves helping businesses grow through storytelling and video content. His passion for seeing others succeed is built into Conductor's DNA, where he takes pride in giving talented creators a purpose: helping great brands grow and great stories get told.
Noah began as a commercial editor before moving into producing, directing, writing, and creative leadership. His history working at advertising agencies, along with executive-producer-level knowledge of the production process, allows him to guide creative against budget expectations, so clients' investments are always carefully managed. He is a non-stop source of creative energy, with a developed skill for driving outcomes through creative ideas.
Today he continues to drive Conductor by constantly upgrading and improving the team's skills and services while introducing new technologies so clients get excellent work and real efficiency without sacrificing quality.
ADORE ME
Conductor partnered with Adore Me to produce eight campaigns shot across New York and Boston, including dozens of social edits and influencer-driven spots. This relationship helped transform Adore Me into a high-growth brand, culminating in a $400 million acquisition by Victoria's Secret in 2023.
